Epoxy Chemical Anchor Adhesive

The injection type epoxy anchor adhesive is a base material reinforcement material commonly used for building construction. The root of the concrete component is embedded, and the concrete rebar, spiral rebar, building structural rebar, and frame rebar can be planted underwater for reinforcement.

Process flow of injection type epoxy anchor adhesive
1. Positioning
Mark the drilling position according to the design requirements. If the hole position touches the existing reinforcement on the base material, the drilling position can be adjusted appropriately.
2. Drilling
The electric hammer or pneumatic drill shall be used for drilling, and the hole position shall be adjusted to avoid reinforcement. The actual drilling depth can refer to the datum of 15d. According to the actual required anchoring force and considering the structural length requirements, it can be calculated and determined according to the code (GB50367-2013).
3. Hole cleaning
After drilling, check the hole depth and hole diameter and blow out the dust in the hole with compressed air after they are qualified. Then brush the hole wall with a brush and cotton cloth. Blow the hole with compressed air again for 3-5 times until there is no dust debris in the hole. Finally, wipe the hole wall with cotton cloth dipped in acetone and temporarily close the hole opening. If there are waste holes, they shall be filled with planting glue after cleaning.
4. Rust removal of steel
Rust and oil stain within the anchorage length of steel shall be removed (the cyan oxide skin of new steel bars and bolts shall also be removed), and the metal luster shall be polished. Angle grinder and steel wheel blade can be used quickly.
5. Adehesive preparation
Hybrid mixing equipment and vacuum filling process are used to ensure the accuracy of the ratio.
6.Adhesive injection
Before glue injection, drain a little of the glue that is not fully mixed in the front section. During glue injection, start from the bottom of the hole to exhaust air, and fill about two-thirds of the hole depth.
7. Planting bar anchoring
The reinforcement shall be inserted in a single direction while turning to prevent air bubbles from mixing until the specified depth is reached.
8. Static curing
The rebar planting glue has a curing process, and the rebar shall not be disturbed within 24 hours when the daily average temperature is about 25 ℃. If there is a large disturbance, it should be replanted.
9. Inspection
After the planting reinforcement is cured, random sampling inspection can be conducted, and the system consisting of jack, anchorage and reaction frame can be used for pull-out test.
